I've never understood suzuki's fascination with really ugly tail sections!!

I thought it looked a lot like a Honda!  Maybe you think it's ugly because it's not green

There's nothing I love more than beating people with an ugly bike!

The real deal - much better. Dual, left-right exhaust.

That exhaust is horrid, but anyone that can afford to buy this thing for the street can afford something aftermarket and save the 20+lbs worth of catalytic converters while they are at it. Same goes for anyone that's gonna race it.

Otherwise, that's one sexy bike. If the computer is as powerful as they make it sound, no doubt the thing will have throttle response, power, and tractability well beyond anything that's currently available.

I like how they're giving the bikes traction control without really giving them traction control; Standard mode aka Squid burnout and wheelie mode; Sport mode aka dry weather racer's passive traction control mode; and Wet mode aka wet weather racer's passive traction control mode. I wonder how long it will be before taking the speedo signal from the countershaft sprocket is too "cumbersome" and they put the sensor on the front wheel to "centralize mass" or some such excuse, so that they can have active traction control.
