First and formost.........R.I.P and condolences to the family and friends.
As far as I know this is not a rumour. Just read it on R6messagenet.com. Today during the Pro6 trackday at Mosport at around 2:00 a rider drifted wide, dont know what turn, him and his bike tumbled to a stop where he layed unconcious. The ambulance tried to revive him but with no success.
If anyone knows this rider, sorry to hear about your loss
I dont think this is a repost, couldnt find it anywhere on this board, sorry if it is

I saw a news clip about it on CFTO. From the news clip, this happened at corner 2. It was apparently someone from the Clarington area. No info on how experienced the rider was or anything else.
My condolences.

Very sad to hear. That corner scares the poop out of me, not a fun corner at all.
My condolences to the family.

It is a very sad moment when someone expires. May he become one with the universe. May his family have strength to carry on.

It was the worst feeling I've ever had with a motorcycle. I've been hit by 2 cars but trust me it was worse to be at Mosport. We all take for granted that we go home after the day but when something like this happens it makes you think. I love my family and cant imagine putting them through this. This season will be difficult to finish and I believe it will be my last. We love all you guys and gals at the track and wish everyone a safe season. To the family and friends it will be very difficult after losing a loved one. Take comfort in knowing it was doing what he loved and did not suffer. Thanks to all for making every weekend so enjoyable.
Love the Collins family.
